
Agsafe Member Services: Standard Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Agsafe Member Services. Payment of the annual membership invoice confirms acceptance of these Terms and your participation in Agsafe’s Industry Standard Premises Review and associated Member Services.
1. Scope of Services
Agsafe provides the following services as part of its Member Services offering:
Membership Services: Regulatory updates, access to Agsafe’s Regulatory Affairs function, participation in Industry Reference Group meetings, professional development tracking, and access to member-only tools and resources.
Premises Assessment Services: Premises reviews against the Agsafe Industry Standard, compliance reporting, certification, and advisory support for corrective actions (remote only). On-site reviews are available by request at additional cost.
Training Services: Structured certification programs (ACRC, ADCC, ACMC), specialist masterclasses, AgBytes, and on-site training aligned with certification and compliance requirements.
Support Services: Access to compliance dashboards, reporting tools, phone and email support, and collaboration on agreed projects.
2. Member Obligations
By remitting payment of your invoice and therefore accepting these Terms, you agree to:
Facilitate safe and timely access to premises for reviews and staff for training.
Notify Agsafe of new or closing premises and staff movements.
Ensure staff participate in training as required.
Participate in annual reviews and industry group meetings where relevant.
Provide feedback to assist Agsafe in service delivery improvement.
3. Payment Terms
Membership fees are invoiced annually in advance.
Training is invoiced in advance at the time of registration.
Other services are invoiced monthly in arrears.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
4. Reporting Access
Members receive access to Agsafe’s CRM for compliance dashboards, training records, premises review status, and reporting tools for self-assessment.
5. Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify Agsafe against any claims or actions arising from their own failure to meet legal, regulatory, or operational obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Agsafe’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Member under this engagement. Agsafe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Agsafe materials, including tools, resources, reports, and training materials, remains the property of Agsafe and may only be used internally by the Member for compliance and training purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
