As Client Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Agsafe’s engagement with clients, councils, and industry partners—ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support across Agsafe’s stewardship, certification, and training programs.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will directly support safer, more sustainable agricultural practices across Australia.
Agsafe plays a vital role in promoting safety, compliance, and stewardship throughout the agricultural chemical supply chain. Our programs support manufacturers, resellers, councils, and end users to meet regulatory requirements and uphold industry standards that protect people, animals, and the environment.
As part of the Client Services team, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects Agsafe’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and trust.
What You’ll Do
Agsafe is focused on strengthening client experience, improving service delivery, and deepening engagement across its national programs. In this role, you’ll support that mission through practical, high-quality coordination and communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact for client, council, and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
Coordinating and confirming premises assessment schedules and supporting certification and registration processes.
Providing clear guidance on Agsafe programs such as drumMUSTER, bagMUSTER, training, and the Agsafe Industry Standards.
Maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems and supporting reporting and feedback processes.
Coordinating meetings, webinars, and engagement activities with councils and industry partners.
Supporting the preparation of client communications, including newsletters, website updates, and digital content.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed, you’ll be someone who enjoys structured, delivery-focused work and takes pride in helping others navigate processes with confidence and clarity.
You’ll bring:
Experience in customer service, client engagement, or stakeholder support—ideally within agriculture, environment, or not-for-profit sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with CRM systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
Experience with member-based organisations, accreditation programs, or digital content tools will be well regarded.

Agsafe is seeking 2x Stewardship Field Officers (WA & NSW) to provide senior field leadership to deliver their national training, certification, and quality assurance programs. The roles champion’s the regional rollout of the drumMUSTER and bagMUSTER stewardship initiatives in both NSW and WA regions. These positions are central to upholding Agsafe’s standards through assessment delivery, regional presence, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

DrumMUSTER program oversight
bagMUSTER rollout and expansion
Business development and program Innovation
Reporting, compliance and administration
About you
We are keen to hear from you if you are:
a self-starter, who enjoys engaging stakeholders across government and commercial sectors
experienced in training/education, WHS and or audits
able to demonstrate ability to develop and maintain commercial relationships
qualified in Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent (or willingness to obtain), and/or
have a Lead Auditor Certificate (or equivalent)
willingness to travel across your region with regular nights away from home

The Opportunity
A newly created role, as General Manager – Muster Programs you will lead the strategic direction, operational delivery, and growth of our national stewardship programs drumMUSTER, bagMUSTER, and ChemClear. The role is pivotal to both Agsafe and Australia’s sustainable agriculture, enabling the safe collection, recycling, and disposal of agvet chemical containers, agricultural plastic bags, and unwanted or obsolete chemicals.
You will have accountability to drive innovation, performance, and long-term sustainability in national stewardship initiatives while leading the team and industry engagement aimed at strong long-term partnerships with members, regulators, local governments, and waste management providers.
Your team will ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards and manage all commercials including budgets, reporting, and regulatory requirements that meet national and state-based standards.
About You
We are keen to hear from you if you have:
proven leadership of people and experience in programs, operations, or environmental management (ideally in agriculture or sustainability)
a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and negotiation
skills in launching, scaling, and improving services or programs (program management)
strong commercial and finance skills including strategic planning, budget and capital management
an understanding of environmental regulations, product stewardship frameworks, and compliance obligations
relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, agriculture, business, or a related field will be highly regarded
