This is an exciting opportunity to join Agsafe’s Member Services team in a pivotal coordination role focused on the delivery of national training programs.
As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of training activities, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with industry requirements. You will work closely with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders to manage scheduling, logistics, enrolments, and training records.
This role also contributes to maintaining a forward training pipeline, supporting participation levels, and helping Agsafe meet its annual training targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate delivery of training programs (face-to-face, online, and in-house)
Manage enrolments, participant communications, and course logistics
Coordinate trainers, venues, and scheduling requirements
Maintain a forward training schedule and pipeline of courses
Issue certificates and maintain accurate training records
Monitor participation and support achievement of training targets and KPIs
Liaise with internal teams to support invoicing processes
Prepare training reports and maintain administration systems
Support continuous improvement of training processes and systems
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You enjoy working with people, managing logistics, and ensuring programs run smoothly from start to finish.
You will bring:
Experience in training coordination, administration, or event delivery
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
High attention to detail, particularly in data and record management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules
A proactive approach to supporting targets and improving processes
Experience with CRM systems and exposure to agriculture, environmental programs, or industry training is advantageous.
