    Agsafe is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a great opportunity for a driven marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work across campaigns, content creation, digital platforms, and event support—helping to elevate Agsafe’s national stewardship programs and connect meaningfully with our stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities

    • Website management: Maintain and update content; monitor performance and SEO optimisation.

    • Email marketing: Create and analyse targeted campaigns; manage subscriber databases.

    • Social media: Plan and publish engaging content; monitor engagement and trends.

    • Video production: Edit and support development of video content for marketing and training.

    • Content creation: Draft compelling written content for newsletters, flyers, blogs, and more.

    • Campaign & event support: Help deliver multi-channel campaigns and coordinate logistics.

    Skills and experience

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.

    • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign).

    • Strong grasp of social media strategy and tools.

    • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).

    • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Keen to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
