As Client Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Agsafe’s engagement with clients, councils, and industry partners—ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support across Agsafe’s stewardship, certification, and training programs.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will directly support safer, more sustainable agricultural practices across Australia.
Agsafe plays a vital role in promoting safety, compliance, and stewardship throughout the agricultural chemical supply chain. Our programs support manufacturers, resellers, councils, and end users to meet regulatory requirements and uphold industry standards that protect people, animals, and the environment.
As part of the Client Services team, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects Agsafe’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and trust.
What You’ll Do
Agsafe is focused on strengthening client experience, improving service delivery, and deepening engagement across its national programs. In this role, you’ll support that mission through practical, high-quality coordination and communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact for client, council, and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
Coordinating and confirming premises assessment schedules and supporting certification and registration processes.
Providing clear guidance on Agsafe programs such as drumMUSTER, bagMUSTER, training, and the Agsafe Industry Standards.
Maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems and supporting reporting and feedback processes.
Coordinating meetings, webinars, and engagement activities with councils and industry partners.
Supporting the preparation of client communications, including newsletters, website updates, and digital content.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed, you’ll be someone who enjoys structured, delivery-focused work and takes pride in helping others navigate processes with confidence and clarity.
You’ll bring:
Experience in customer service, client engagement, or stakeholder support—ideally within agriculture, environment, or not-for-profit sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with CRM systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
Experience with member-based organisations, accreditation programs, or digital content tools will be well regarded.
