We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Member Services to lead our Member Services division. Key responsibilities

Lead digital transformation and systems optimisation to improve service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with environmental, governance, and data privacy standards.
Manage budgets, reporting, and strategic program planning.

About you
You are a skilled leader with proven experience in program, operations, or client engagement management. You excel in stakeholder relationships, strategic planning, and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.

You’ll work across campaigns, content creation, digital platforms, and event support—helping to elevate Agsafe’s national stewardship programs and connect meaningfully with our stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Website management: Maintain and update content; monitor performance and SEO optimisation.
Email marketing: Create and analyse targeted campaigns; manage subscriber databases.
Social media: Plan and publish engaging content; monitor engagement and trends.
Video production: Edit and support development of video content for marketing and training.
Content creation: Draft compelling written content for newsletters, flyers, blogs, and more.
Campaign & event support: Help deliver multi-channel campaigns and coordinate logistics.
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
Strong grasp of social media strategy and tools.
Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
