The Opportunity
This is a unique leadership opportunity to lead the Client Services team responsible for delivering the customer experience behind one of Australia's most important agricultural safety programs.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the General Manager – Client Services leads a high-performing team responsible for managing relationships with agricultural businesses undertaking Agsafe Industry Standards certification.
Your team will coordinate and schedule assessments undertaken by Agsafe's national Stewardship Field Officer network, provide ongoing support throughout the certification journey, coordinate Agsafe's training services, oversee the operation of the Agsafe Online Shop and continually improve the client experience across every touchpoint.
This is far more than an operational management role.
You will help shape how Agsafe engages with industry, build strong relationships with Australia's leading agricultural businesses and ensure the successful delivery of programs that improve workplace safety, product stewardship and operational excellence throughout the AgVet supply chain.
Working closely with the Executive team, you will drive service improvements, lead system enhancements, develop your team and ensure Agsafe continues to provide an industry-leading client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the Client Services team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage client relationships throughout the Agsafe Industry Standards certification process.
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and delivery of premises assessments conducted by Agsafe's national Stewardship Field Officers.
Drive continual improvement across client service systems, processes and reporting.
Lead the delivery and administration of Agsafe's suite of industry training programs.
Oversee the operation and ongoing development of the Agsafe Online Shop.
Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, members and clients.
Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and organisational performance.
Champion a culture of service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
We're seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service while leading a motivated and capable team.
You will bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience managing customer or client service teams.
A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience leading operational service delivery and driving continuous improvement.
Strong commercial, governance and financial management capability.
Excellent communication, organisational and people leadership skills.
The ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
Experience within agriculture, safety, training, compliance or professional services will be highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related discipline.

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 + super, depending on experience
Canberra-based opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Communications, this newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital content creator to take ownership of Agsafe's multimedia and social media presence.
Working across the organisation, you'll produce high-quality video, graphics and written content that promotes Agsafe's programs, supports training delivery and showcases the important work being undertaken across Australian agriculture.
From filming on-site at agricultural businesses to developing social media campaigns, creating promotional videos, producing digital advertising and supporting major program launches, no two days will be the same.
This role offers significant creative freedom while working with a passionate team committed to improving safety, product stewardship and best practice across the agricultural supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Produce professional video content from concept through to final production.
Plan, create and manage engaging content across Agsafe's social media platforms.
Develop graphics, animations and multimedia resources using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
Create digital content supporting Agsafe's training programs and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into engaging content.
Assist with website updates, email marketing and broader digital communications.
Maintain Agsafe's brand identity across all digital platforms.
Monitor emerging digital trends and identify opportunities to enhance Agsafe's online presence.
About You
We’re looking for a creative storyteller who combines technical production skills with a passion for digital communication and audience engagement.
Demonstrated experience producing professional video and digital content for social media, educational materials and marketing campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with strong graphic design skills across relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Experience managing organisational social media channels and paid digital advertising campaigns.
Excellent written communication, organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
Experience working in agriculture, education or training will be highly regarded.
